Short description of the procurement: The content of the procurement is the preparation of the detailed plan of the VKG Wind Wind Park and the strategic environmental assessment. The plan is looking for a location for one wind farm consisting of up to 14 windmills. The height of the electric wind turbine is up to 250 meters above the ground and the wind farm has a rated power of at least 42 MW. The exact parameters of the wind farm will be determined as a result of the planning procedure and the strategic environmental assessment (hereinafter SEA). The planning area is located in the village of Karu and in Lüganuse small town.
