Tender Details

Procedure under the Public Procurement Act for the preparation of diet food. The diets are prepared according to the "Collection of recipes for diet meals for public catering establishments and medical and preventive establishments" - ed. 1984 Dr. Helza Boeva, Dr. Domna Hubanova, Dr. Lubomir Petrov and YarmilaJambazova and delivery of tonic drinks free of charge to the food unit of the Contracting Authority.

The quality of the food must comply with the BDS in force in the country or equivalent and the "Collection of recipes for diet meals for public catering establishments and medical and preventive establishments" from 1984 of the Ministry of Health . Cothe number, quality and caloric content of the meals should be in accordance with the requirements for rational and dietary nutrition, according to the numerical system of the respective diet.
