1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the modernization of part of the building, located on plot no. 1/10, AM-30, Pracze Odrzaskie area, located in Wrocław at ul. Stabowicka 147, especially in the field of ventilation installation, cooling, SSP, electrical for the purposes of raising the standard and modernization of part of the space intended for animal farms and biobanks. The study should take into account the following works necessary to be performed, in particular: 1) General construction worksa) Suspension ceilings in the animal house rooms (approx. 190 m) b) Painting the rooms c) Changing the functional and spatial arrangement of some rooms by erecting partition walls. d) Foundation for the nitrogen tank) Renovation and strengthening of the structure of some of the foundations building that has become damp (approx. 25 meters, e.g. crystal injection method and plaster restoration)2) Sanitary industry, water and sewage installationsa) Modernization of water and sewage installations. (1-4 additional water and sewage points)3) Ventilation and cooling installations a) Modernization of the ventilation system - air handling units extended with a drying and humidification system in the animal section...
