Preparation and implementation of #StartUP Małopolska incubation and acceleration programs 1. The subject of the order is the preparation and implementation of #StartUP Małopolska incubation and acceleration programs. As part of the order, the Contractor will carry out activities within one edition of the incubation program and one edition of the acceleration program, including carrying out the necessary recruitment activities. This will be the second edition of both programs as part of the "Entrepreneurial Małopolska" project implemented by the Ordering Party. Order fulfillment will include a series of the following activities: 1) Recruitment of participants of incubation and acceleration programs 2)Implementation of support for entrepreneurs participating in the incubation program, including activities: •Organization of pre-incubation workshops •Work incubation manager in developing Individual Incubation Plans •Implementation of specialized training for incubated companies •Providing individual mentoring services •Implementation of activities related to the participation of companies in industry events •Implementation specialized services for companies •Implementation of activities related to the care of the incubation manager and coordination of the company incubation process •Organizing a meeting summarizing the incubation program 3)Implementation of support for entrepreneurs participating in acceleration program, including activities: •Organization of pre-acceleration workshops •Work of the acceleration manager in developing Individual Acceleration Plans •Implementation of specialized training for...
