Comprehensive consulting (legal, economic, financial and technical) and development of a functional and utility program for the project entitled: "Construction of the Sopot Treatment and Rehabilitation Center.
1. The subject of the order is comprehensive consulting (legal, economic, financial and technical) and development of a functional and utility program for the project titled "Construction of the Sopot Treatment and Rehabilitation Center.
2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).
The contract will be awarded to the Contractor whose offer is considered the most advantageous concluded contract on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU.
3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of the Contractors visiting the site. Intent to undergo a vision local should be reported via the Purchasing Platform at: https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl/, and its date will be set by the Ordering Party. The intention to visit the site must be reported no later than 7 business days before the deadline for submitting offers. They won't be there during the site visit explanations provided regarding the content of the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit.
5. The Ordering Party reserves that it may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make subjective qualifications of the Contractor.
