"Delivery of IT systems
as part of the project "Purchase of licenses for financial and accounting software
and implementation of programs at the Municipal Office in Zawiercie.
I. Description of the subject of the order:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of IT systems, including installation and configuration, in the scope including:
1)launch of the electronic public services portal,
2) launching the Public Information Bulletin,
3) implementation of domain systems and supporting systems ensuring the possibility of providing e-services,
4) implementation of a mobile application.
2. Delivery of the included software the scope of the subject of the order includes licenses and media with programs that will enable its legal and correct installation and operation for all purchased licenses.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4.All solutions delivered as part of the order must be brand new and unused prior to the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters, excluding the use necessary to test their correct operation. Devices and devices are not allowed license refurbished type.
5. Delivery of the subject of the order, including installation and commissioning, will take place at the Contractor's expense and risk.
6.The software licenses provided must be free from physical and legal defects.
7. Project financed from the commune's own funds.
