Expression of Interest are invited for Preliminary Assessment for Development of Romanian PPP Pipeline Projects
Ifc Seeks the Services of a Specialized Strategic / Technical / Commercial Ppp Consultant Firm (the “Consultant”) to Perform a Preliminary Analysis (the ‘Preliminary Analysis-) to Identify a List of Potential Ppp Projects and to Provide Advice on the High-Level Feasibility of Selected Ppp Projects. The Preliminary Analysis will Focus on the following Sectors:* Healthcare;* Municipal Services - Water (Supply and Wastewater; Flood Protection/Drainage);* Municipal Services - Solid Waste (Collection; Recycling; Waste-to-Energy);* Public Transport; And* Energy and Energy Efficiency the Preliminary Analysis will Include the following Principal Tasks: Task 1. Sector Mapping - Review of Available Studies; Strategies and programs.task 2. Interviews with Key Stakeholders and Long-List of Projects task 3. Building a Short-List of Potential Ppp Projectstask 4. Preliminary Analysis of the Selected Priority Projects throughout the Assignment; The Consultant will be Available to Support Ifc in the Presentation and the Discussion of the Preliminary Analysis with Relevant Counterparts.
