This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. 6913G626Q300020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Department of Transportation/John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to Bluewire, LLC, Sun Valley, ID, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (1) 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) . The objective of this project is to develop and validate a predictive actuarial model that assigns an Interim Risk Rating to unrated Mexican-domiciled carriers with authorities to operate along the US-Mexico commercial border zone or to conduct long-haul international transport, in accordance with the attached statement of work and terms and conditions.
REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This notice is expected to result in a single award, subject to receipt of an acceptable quote.
Please provide a firm fixed price quote in accordance with the contract items (CLINs) in the attached RFQ form and the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
