Brief description of the procurement: The Social Insurance Board is planning a public procurement, the purpose of which is to map the solutions available on the market and potential service providers who could offer a pre-paid card solution to applicants for international protection to organize the financial support paid within the accommodation center service. As a result of the above, the Social Insurance Board organizes a market survey in accordance with § 10 of the Public Procurement Act in order to, among other things, get an overview of possible technical solutions, service provision models, implementation assumptions and indicative cost structure. The information that the procurer wants to collect during the market research is presented in the market research invitation document, and the responses to participate in the market research are submitted through the public procurement register.
