The City of Lapu-Lapu through the MOOE FUNDS 1091-5-02-03-990 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2, 400, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of 6, 000 PIECES BUSINESS TAX PLATES under P. R No. 25-09-1242. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
