Through this tender, the contracting authority wants to provide the fair with sufficient power, so that there are no obstacles at the attractions, events and the caravan site for the fair operators. Both delivery and use will be free of emissions as much as possibleot should be. In addition, there must be as little inconvenience as possible for local residents. Plot 1 Rental Aggregates
Every year, the municipality provides the first situational sketch of the annual fair in mid-February. This situational sketch is discussed with the supplier to be contracted. Based on this, the supplier draws up a planto set up the power supply. The situational sketch and the design plan are discussed in a joint consultation. In the past two years, the supplier has installed 5 generators for the fair (excluding salon car parks). In addition, there was an additional (a 6th) night generatorplaced. Every year, approximately 100 to 110 attractions and other stalls are placed at the fair, which must be linked to the generators via distribution boxes. All costs are met by the municipality of Best, additional costs may be charged to the fairground operators.
