Technical task for the performance of works on pothole repair of asphalt pavement: 1. General information Object: Building territory and shopping center parking lot. Object address: Terra shopping center, Dnipropetrovsk, st. Panikahi, building 15 Purpose of works: Elimination of potholes, pits and cracks for the safety of customers.2. Composition and scope of work Total area of ​​repair: ~400 m² (site inspection is required for accurate calculation) Site inspection: Determining and marking the boundaries of the damaged pavement. Milling: Cutting out the damaged asphalt (mapping) deep from 4 to 10 cm. Cleaning: Removal of dust, dirt and remnants of old asphalt from the formed pits. Processing: Pouring the bottom and edges of the maps with liquid bitumen emulsion. Laying: Pouring hot fine-grained asphalt concrete mixture. it is necessary to arrange a road unevenness (recumbent policeman) to prevent water from entering the territory. Sealing: Rolling asphalt with a road roller or vibratory plate to the level with the existing surface. Sealing: Treatment of seams and joints with bitumen. 3. Technical requirements for materials and works Materials: Hot asphalt (type B or G, fine-grained), bitumen emulsion. Quality: All materials must have certificates of conformity.
