Post Contract Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services of a new Public Beach Park consisting of a beach and a walkway with landscape and playground, comfort services, cafes, shops, car parks, etc. The plot size is 12, 332m2 and is located in Karzakan Block 1027 in the Northern Governorate. For the Post- Contract Quantity Surveying Services, the Ministry intends to engage a qualified and licensed from The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) Quantity Surveying Consultant, whose engagement shall be based on the Ministry of Works “Standard Contract Agreement and Conditions of Contract 2009, Post-Contract Quantity Surveying Services”. The successful Tenderer shall be assigned to the Consultant Engineer as his Sub-Consultant
