Description
THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Commander Fleet Air Western Pacific, Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Detachment, Atsugi, will be soliciting for a JB Roche brand name or equal portable Composite Workshop Clean Room, in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be negotiated as a 100% Small Business Set-aside on products per FAR 6.203. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 09/11/2023 with a closing date on or about 09/18/2023. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
