North Karelia's procurement process requests an offer for financial and personnel management services and systems for use by Polkka - Pohjois-Karjala tukipalvelut oy as a total service. The contract period is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2028, after which the contract is valid for the time being for one calendar year at a time, however, so that the first possible end date of the agreement is 31 December 2028.
