The subject of the order is the delivery of two SGRT systems for configuration and monitoring patient on linear accelerators used by the West Pomeranian Oncology Center. 2. Place of order fulfillment: West Pomeranian Oncology Center at ul. Strzałowska 22 in Szczecin; Clinical Department of Radiotherapy, building no. 2. 3.W the scope of the subject of the order includes all activities necessary to ensure the ORDERING PARTY's proper use of the subject of the order, in particular transport (if applicable), assembly, commissioning, insurance at the CONTRACTOR's expense of all elements of the subject of the order from the risk of accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft until the acceptance protocol of the medical device is signed, including during transport (if applicable). 4.
