Prequalifications are invited for Plumbing Maintenance Work, Electrician Maintenance Work, General Building Maintenance Work.

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION & OVERALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Small repairs consist in plumbing maintenance work (fixing leaks, boilers, repairing toilets,
filters, etc), electrician maintenance work (installing power sockets, fixing lighting issues,
maintaining an electrical installation, etc), general building maintenance work (changing
windows, repairing damages on walls, doors, floors, etc) and so on. The lists of works described
in this document are not exhaustive.

At least 1 contract should have been awarded with a value 15, 000k USD in the past 12 months

Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 100, 000

Under this project, ACTED is responsible for keeping community centers across Moldova in good
condition, and need to conduct rehabilitation on a regular basis. These consist in maintenance work,
electrician maintenance work, general building maintenance work, installation of entertainment
areas, rehabilitation of kitchens and living rooms and so on.

The point of this prequalification stage is to build a pool of suppliers from which ACTED could
require quotations on a regular basis for small repairs.
