The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from qualified, experienced and licensed companies for “as, if and when required, ” for the supply and delivery of Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services as stated within this RFP. The Scope of Work may include, but not limited to: a) Scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks: • Drain cleaning and camera inspection • Sump system servicing • Lift stations b) Corrective Maintenance and Repair Services: • Piping system leaks • Clogged drains • Camera inspection of piping systems • Failed plumbing fixtures • Underground plumbing system/pipe repairs c) Minor project work and asset replacements: • Plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers, faucets, etc.) • Hot water heaters and storage tanks • Hot water on demand units • Drinking fountains • Piping system
