PROJECT BACKGROUND The Municipality of Tervola is requesting bids for the design of the communication program for the Tervola Puupuisto development project. implements the Tervola Puupuisto development project, the goal of which is to develop the Puupuisto III area and the Viia industrial area as locations for business, investment and industrial activities. The project investigates the areas' technical, environmental and business conditions and new investment and business opportunities are identified, especially from the point of view of the circular economy, side streams of the wood industry, renewable energy, low carbon and the green transition. The goal of the project is:• Develops intelligent management of material flows and reduces the generation of waste • Improves energy efficiency and the utilization of bioenergy in the region • Supports the sustainable growth and renewal of SMEs in the region • Strengthens the circular economy and a high degree of processing know-how related to the bioeconomy• Build an ecosystem and networks to support the cooperation of SMEs PROCUREMENT OBJECTIVE The aim of the work is to prepare a communication program for the project that increases the visibility of the project, supports business and investor communication and promotes the project achieving goals.
