Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to ensure the proper functioning of GRDF's PKIs, by offering technical expertise and effective solutions to meet the needs relating to the various services.
In order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of electronic exchanges, GRDF uses 3 PKI (Public Key Infrastructure):
•a PKI intended for internal interfaces: maintained and controlled by GRDF on EJBCA technology;
•a PKI intended for external interfaces: according to a SaaS offer from Certigna;
•a last PKI for the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering the cerauthentication certificates for workstations.
HSMs are used for various needs and are ATOS Bull Crypt2Pay HSMs:
•the escrow of keys from the authorities of the Internal PKI;
•the on-the-fly decryption of data encrypted by the communicating chain of GRDF gas meters.
