Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour physical protection services for persons and property at the Ordering Party's facilities located in Poznań at ul. Bystra 9/11 in Poznań. Execution of the Subject Matter of the Agreement will be performed between 6:00 p.m. and 5:59 a.m., 7 days a week week. The scope of the order includes, in particular, protection of facilities and property contained in them against theft, burglary, devastation and unauthorized access by third parties, control of access to facilities, conducting celebrations, including night celebrations. at least every 3 hours, checking rooms for fire hazards and other safety hazards, keeping a service book and documenting the course of service and events. The scope also includes CCTV monitoring of the Facility and responding to signals from alarm systems. The Contractor is obliged to immediately inform the Ordering Party about any events affecting the security of the facility, notify the relevant services in emergency situations, provide a group intervention with travel time no longer than 7 minutes from notification and preparation of documentation of the interventions carried out.
