Tenders are invited for Phase 1 of Medium Market Center Construction Work
Bid closing date: April 22, 2024 at 3:30 pm
Bid opening date: April 22, 2024 at 10:00 pm

Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents against a non-refundable payment of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) from ERCS - DDBO, Office.
All tenders must be, submitted to the Ethiopia Red Cross Society along with a Bid Security (Bid Bond) in CPO form only amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelopes. The bid Security Shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
Financial offer shall be, produced in separate properly sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be, made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be, sealed and signed, outer envelope, addressed to the Ethiopia Red Cross Society Dire Dawa Branch Office, shall be, submitted at ERCS-DDBO.
Bidders are, kindly requested to submit their price quotation along with technical documents based on detailed requirements on our Bill of Quantity on or before March 20, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
Bid will be, closed on April 22, 2024, at 3:30 pm and will be, opened on the same date at 10:00 pm at ERCS - DDBO at Kezira in front of Dire Microfinance in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives.
