This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The us naval hospital guam intends to establish up to two blanket purchase agreements for the following pharmacy supplies:

this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (rfq). The government intends to award up to two bpa s, however; the government also reserves the right to award less than two bpa s, or none at all.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Contractor must be registered in sam prior to award. The website address for sam registration is www.sam.gov.
