The object of the procurement is transport services for social care clients in accordance with the Disability Services Act and the Social Welfare Act. The services are mainly carried out in the area of the city of Oulu and its neighboring municipalities. The object of procurement is described in more detail in appendix 4 Service description.

Vehicle class 1
M1 class passenger car, sedan or station wagon
A vehicle made for the transport of people, with space for at least three (3) and at most six (6) people in addition to the driver. The vehicle must have four (4) doors located on the sides of the car. The roof structure of the vehicle must be attached kperfectly to the car's body structure.
According to the Euro classification, the fleet must meet at least the Euro 5 emission classification.

M1 class passenger car, barrier-free car
A barrier-free vehicle is especially suitable for disabled and mobility-impaired people who use wheelchairsvehicle built and equipped for transportation.
The barrier-free vehicle is divided into two (2) subcategories: 2A Large barrier-free car and 2B Small barrier-free car.
According to the Euro classification, the fleet must meet at least the Euro 5 emission classification.
The barrier-free vehicle must have nostin or instead a uniform and safe access ramp in the width direction, with a maximum slope of 14 percent. However, the slope of the ramp may not exceed 21 percent, if electrically retractable and locking wheelchair seat belts are used for movement on the ramp.
