Periodic contracting for concrete restoration works and steel construction maintenance at the various company sites - southern region, including the Rotenberg power plants, Maor HaDrom region (Tzafit, Gezer, Reading and Syloniya) and regional offices (Netanya to Eilat). Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting bids: 11 1. An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: 1. The offeror will attach to his offer all the affidavits and approvals required by the Law on Transactions of Public Entities, 536 - 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 5788 - 1998 and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400, 000, an affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991 - 1991, the Minimum Wage Law, 1987 - 1987. b. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 2. Registration according to the Law on Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5779 - 1969 in the classification 150 A-1 at least. It will be clarified that in order to comply with this condition, it is also possible to provide a certificate regarding registration in the relevant main branch, provided that the financial classification in the main branch meets the requested financial classification in the threshold conditions. 3. Proven experience in carrying out at least two projects that include restoration of concrete and/or restoration of steel construction in power plants and/or factories/facilities/industrial buildings.
