This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Peel Street Tennis Renewal, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
The Town is seeking one qualified contractor for the supply and installation of Tennis Court and supporting amenities at Peel Street Tennis.
Scope of site preparation work to include:
topsoil stripping and stockpiling for reuse on site where possibleany excess site excavation material to be removed from site under GC-s responsibilitysubsoil stripping and stockpiling as required, for reuse on siterough grading and subgrade preparationsaggregate materials importation and placement as required to support finishing materials.The project site access is located at 200 Peel St. N., Thornbury, ON N0H 2P0.
