Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the preparation of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction (DPS) entitled "House No. 158, Frýdlantská Street - reconstruction of internal installations". The project documentation will deal with:  replacement of water distribution systems from the foot water meter to secondary residential water meters (SV, DHW, circulation), including fire water distribution systems (replacement of pipes to hydrants),  replacement of internal sewage distribution systems from sewer connections to the outlet of connection pipes from installation shafts to apartments,  replacement of internal rain gutters,  replacement of gas distribution systems from HUP to gas meters,  replacement of ventilation systems in installation shafts (vertical pipes including branches for individual apartments and ventilation grids in apartments) and central ventilation units in the upper part of the building,  execution of all other work related to the reconstruction of internal installations (demolition work, sealing penetrations - fire seals, repair of affected walls, floors, ceilings, etc.). Part of the public contract will also include the supervision of the designer.
