The subject of the contract is the procurement of the service of payment for a temporary parking permit (parking ticket) via SMS in the regulated parking zones of the Capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava. The successful applicant will take on the role of integrator covering all operators of mobile networks operating in Slovakia. Part of the solution will be the immediate recording of parking authorizations (parking tickets) in the contracting authority's system in the form of a REST API. The customer will be able to use the service without registration.
