Tender are invited for Padlocks and lock-outs. 700 ea of padlock, combination, resettable, master lock 175, 4-digit, direct dial operation, reset to any 10, 000 numbers, heavy hardened shackle for high resistance to prying and cutting, solid brass case protects against corrosion. 150 ea of padlock, high-security, individually keyed, laminated/cadmium/rustproof steel-case, nickel-plated/hardened/high-alloy steel shackle, dual steel locking-levers shall independently lock each shackle-leg, 4-pin tumbler-lock, removeable security key-change number shall be indicated, shall be in excess of 2000 key-changes, key-way protection-ring, vinyl protection-bumper, 2 brass keys shall be included, 1-1/2" body-width, 9/32" shackle diameter.
