The Ministry of Finance and Economic Management through this tender wishes to procure shipping charter services to cater for the Pa Enua Islands, in the Cook Islands. The Cook Islands is in need of further regular shipping services to transport bulk cargo and passengers to and from our Pa Enua islands, for both our Northern and Southern Group Islands.
