Overhaul of two gas turbine engines (GTD) type MARS 90 The subject of this order is the overhaul of two MARS 90 type gas turbine engines, including the following activities according to the technical specification, namely: - Dismantling of the existing two gas turbine engines GTD MARS 90 from the composition of GTKA No. 8 from KS "Lozenets" and GTKA No. 3 from KS "Petrich"; - Transport of the engines from the "Lozenets" CS and "Petrich" CS to the contractor's repair base; - Execution of disassembly, defection, overhaul, restoration, replacement of parts and assembly of the engines; - Transportation of the engines back from the repair base of the contractor to the "Lozenets" CS and, accordingly, to the "Petrich" CS of the Employer; - Installation and 72 hours tests in operational conditions of the engines; - Submission of a final report on the results of the GTD repair; - Warranty maintenance within the warranty period. The gas turbine engines are manufactured and supplied by Solar Turbines Incorporated, headquartered in San Diego, California, USA. They were put into operation in 2016, respectively as part of GTKA No. 8 in the "Lozenets" compressor station and GTKA No. 3 in the "Petrich" compressor station. Engines are MARS 90 model with engine room identification ME2BEA-1100-270, which defines their technical characteristics, operational parameters and specific maintenance requirements according to the manufacturer's prescriptions.
