Outsourcing of the Helpdesk and workstation environment Outsourcing of service center activity; Ensure the operation of user services for the office-type workstation environment; Park management Environment Post Work and its update in the software used by TISSEO; Ensure the operation of the Posts/Non-Office Terminals scope; management of the activity. Dimensioning data are given in the CCTP and its appendices 4 and 5. Mixed price market concluded from its date of notification and running up to 2 years after the pronouncement of the aptitude verification. Part of the services is remunerated by a fixed price and the other part by purchase orders.
