Request for proposals are invited for Outsourcing of Elective Surgeries: Enhancing Healthcare Services Delivery Project.
INSTRUCTIONS
Responses to this RFI are due to the email address mentioned above by Friday, November 28, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Please also confirm attendance at information meeting before the meeting date. Responders may provide responses in the form of a letter through email to said address. In order to maximize potential impact, the MOHW is seeking feedback on the project approach and seeks information from potential service providers. Responses should include in submission, an indication of interest to provide services, available services, location of service providers, access points for services and years of experience in providing services.
INFORMATION MEETING
The MOHW intends to host an information meeting on November 20, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. Organizations are asked to register by submitting your company name, company address, names of attendees (not more than two (2) per organization), and a brief synopsis of the company-s services and experience on email to Thursday, November 14, 2019. Attendees will be notified by email of the location.

This RFI is an opportunity for the MOHW to obtain information from interested parties regarding the outsourcing of elective surgeries. Responses to this RFI will not be returned and respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. If a Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued, it will be announced publicly at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that RFP separately from any response to this RFI.
