Tender Details

This agreement includes the delivery and assembly of outdoor playground and activity equipment, such as swings, roller coasters, playhouses, sandboxes, rocker and sun canopy. The agreement consists mainly of playground equipment. The products and requirements for this are described in more detail in the requirements specification (Appendix 2), the tender list (Appendix 3) and the tender conditions. The supplier is obliged to provide outdoor playground and activity equipment which includes The following product groups: • Playground equipment in wood and metal • Sail, including sun canopy and year-round sail • Outdoor fitness & activity equipment • Multibans • Skater equipment • Falling substrate The agreement consists of both offer list and other range. In the case of other range, the competition will be reopened among the suppliers on the cascade model, which is described in more detail in section 3.1 "Description of offered assortment" from the tender conditions and section 4.1 of "Draft Framework Agreement". The agreement includes direct purchase on the offer list below DKK 100, 000.00.
