Oulu Tilapalvelut - Maintenance and repair services for compressed air equipment
With this call for tenders, the Oulu Tilapalvelut company is looking for a service provider to carry out maintenance and repair services for the compressed air equipment (air compressors) of the properties it manages. More detailed information on the description of the procurement, the requirements and the submission, comparison and selection of tender prices can be found in Appendix 0 of the request for tenders. The duration of the framework arrangement is 01.12.2026 - 30.11.2028. It is possible to extend the contract for two option periods (1 December 2028 - 30 November 2029 and 1 December 2029 - 30 November 2030). If the Subscriber does not separately indicate his wish to withdraw from the contract no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period or the first option period, the contract will automatically continue for the next option period. The offered prices must include all the costs of providing the service, which include possible kilometers, travel, accommodation, daily allowance, overtime, delivery, invoicing and office costs, including tools, waste fees and small appliance allowances.
