Osnabrück District Hall / Comprehensive building renovation and modernization (1st BA) - Low-voltage systems (VE 1, 443) For the Osnabrück district center, which was built in the early 1980s, it was determined that the building needed to be extensively renovated changed requirements for the building or changed legal framework conditions and regulations. The Osnabrück district is therefore planning a comprehensive renovation and modernization of its district headquarters. The implementation of this construction measure is in progress divided into four construction phases and carried out at different times.
