Roofing work, roof sealing work, plumbing work Roofing work The contract includes the dismantling of the existing structures and the renewal of the roof areas of the triple gymnasium as well as the adjacent outbuildings with saddle and pent roofs. Scope of services: Demolition work: Complete dismantling of the existing tiled roofs including wooden substructure, existing insulation and all roof drainage components, mainly made of copper Demolition of existing roof structures: almost 2, 100m² New roof construction: Production of a new sheet metal roof using the sliding seam metal roof system, including installation of non-combustible thermal insulation with a thickness of 24cm on all roof surfaces Roof area: almost 2, 100m² Plumbing work: delivery and Installation of new drainage elements made of titanium zinc, some with gutter heating Fall protection system for all roof surfaces The measure is financed from various funding programs.
