Description : Ålesund kommunale eigedom KF plans to announce a contest in the near future for the procurement of a turnkey contract for the construction of Osane Sports Centre. We would thus like to notify the market about the pending contest. The turnkey contract contest will be held on the basis of the formulated preliminary project, and is scheduled to be announced the period August - September 2022. The turnkey contract is planned to include the construction of the new Osane Sports Centre, Kaptein Linges veg - Ålesund. Osane Sports Centre consists of 1 multi-use hall with room for handball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, etc. The gymnastics hall is the same size as the multi-use hall, and consists of some pits for apparatus gymnastics, aswell as larger areas with mats and mobile equipment. In addition to this, a minor hall is to be constructed that will be for archery with 5 lanes of 25 metres. There are to be 2 complete sets of changing rooms, social rooms, some recreational areas, a kiosk with social zones, and other accompanying areas.
