Orthopedic implants or surgical wires - 40 UNITS OF PLATE 1/3 ROD SURGICAL STEEL 3.5MM. - ARTICLE 120. - Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Procurement Law, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of the July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta dated September 17, 2001, a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%) will be sanctioned for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The Terms and Conditions and the Contract of Construction and Supervision of Public Works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also apply to purchases made through electronic catalogue. OBSERVATIONS: The quote must be sent to this office IHSS Hospital de Especialidades Barrio La Farm, signed, sealed and dated, in a sealed and sealed envelope, identifying it with the number of said quotation, otherwise it will not be considered in the process
