The subject of the order is the organization of a trade fair with a conference part (hereinafter: Event) in the scope of renting fair stands in a modular structure with equipment - renting a minimum of 15 fair stands in a modular structure with an area of 16 m2 with an option increasing the order to 30 stands with equipment and the service of stand assembly, electrical installation and stand dismantling. At least 15 exhibitors will participate in the fair (exhibition) part of the event, representing various types activities (services, products). The selection of Exhibitors is the responsibility of the Ordering Party. The event takes place in a building belonging to the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the tasks responsibilities of the Contractor is indicated in the SOPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
