Organization and participation in national economic events and travel missions in Europe and Asia/America for SMEs from Małopolska in 2026 and 2027. 1. The subject of the order is the organization and participation in national events economic and in outgoing missions in Europe and Asia/America for SMEs from Małopolska in 2026 and 2027, including: a) Recruitment of companies for events, in accordance with the assumptions of the Małopolska GO! project. b) Providing accommodation for event participants national. c) Providing accommodation for participants of foreign events, including meals and local transport. d) Round-trip foreign flights and possible visas. e)Providing an interpreter for participants during events foreign. f) Presentation of reports from each event, including the implementation of information meetings referred to in point IV.5 of the SOPZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be entered as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 3. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. The ordering party specifies that the contractor will be obliged to grant a license in accordance with the terms of the contract. 5.
