INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER Dear participants! areas of general use of the building of the shopping and entertainment center lit. A-2 located at the address: 118D, ave. Bohdan Khmelnytskoho, Dnipro. ObjectAddress: Dnipro, ave. Bohdana Khmelnytskogo, 118D, Terra Shopping Center Floors: 1st and 2nd floors (galleries and public areas) Completion period: 3 months. Exceeding the deadline — a fine. Construction work start date: 15.05.2026. Concise list of works Demolition works: dismantling of floor and wall tiles in common areas, GKL partitions according to dismantling plans, friezes, suspended ceilings (grilyato, GKL, Armstrong, cassette) in common areas, suspended dome structures, column cladding, glass partitions and doors with preservation, entrance group, ventilation channels and diffusers with preservation, cable products partly with preservation, fan coils, plumbing equipment. Walls and structures: installation of GKL partitions and false walls, installation of sound insulation, installation of friezes with inserts and stitching with composite, installation of decorative rails, facing walls and columns with ceramic granite tiles, paneling of columns with LED-illuminated composite, puttying and painting slopes, walls and columns. Glass constructions: installation of showcase glass, installation of previously dismantled and new glass doors with accessories (locks, handles, closers), installation of terminal profile, sealing. Ceiling: installation of a suspended rail ceiling in zones general use, rough frame in areas with communications, priming and painting of the ceiling and communications. Floor: priming, leveling with a leveling compound, laying ceramic granite tiles, decorative metal inserts, installation of a boot, dirt cleaning grille. Ventilation: maintenance and installation of fan coils, thermal curtains, diffusers, laying of flexible air ducts, bathroom exhaust fans.
