Once the project drafting and optional management services for the reform of the ground floor of the Common House were awarded to the UTE Miquel Mercè Arquitectes / Romina Dolonguevich, the corresponding design, interior design and execution of the works.-During this drafting phase, several work meetings were held between the drafting team and the municipal technicians of the different departments involved, with the aim of collecting in detail the needs functional, organizational and operational aspects of the spaces, as well as integrating the applicable technical and regulatory criteria. This participatory process has made it possible to define a proposal adjusted to the actual use of the ground floor, optimizing the distribution of spaces, the functionality of the services and the quality of the finishes.-Once the technical implementation project has been completed and its suitability validated by the municipal technical services, it is considered appropriate to start the corresponding public tender for the bidding of the renovation work on the ground floor of the Common House, in order to carry out the works defined in the approved project.- REFORM WORKS OF THE GROUND FLOOR OF A COMMON HOUSE, PB-382/26 Type of contract: Competition for the procurement of works
