Tender Details

The Board of Trustees seeks registrations of Interest from companies who undertake the construction of prefabricated type buildings who are able to construct and transport a new building of approx 115m2 to site. The Contractor must be able to demonstrate experience with constructing a prefabricated building to meet MoE design requirements. In addition, the building will likely need to be modified once on site to integrate it into the adjacent building including construction of ramp, decking, steps. The Contractor would assume the role of Head Contractor arranging for effectively a 'turn-key' package with the building fully functional, connected to power and data services, storm water and sewer system.

Companies selected from the RoI process would move to the RFP process. At RFP stage, the client will provide a design brief.

The Contractor will be required to provide design services to ensure the building complies fully with all MoE Design, weathertightness and durability requirements The Contract is for a prefabricated building constructed off site therefore registrations are not being sought from companies seeking to offer a design/ build-on site solution.
