OG-26-03 Framework agreement Inspection of lifting equipment Client The client for the competition is Engerdal, Trysil, Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, Os, Rendalen, Dovre and Sel municipalities. The competition is conducted by Abakus AS org. no. 983 335 543 on behalf of the client. Purpose The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that all lifting equipment and associated installations at the municipalities' service locations are checked, documented and followed up in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and standards. The framework agreement must contribute to safe working conditions, reducing risk and efficient operations by the municipalities having access to a qualified supplier who can carry out periodic checks, reporting and any additional services in a uniform and predictable manner. The framework agreement must also ensure a comprehensive system for electronic documentation, overview and history of controlled equipment, so that the municipalities have access to up-to-date information on the status of all lifting equipment and relevant certificates at all times. The supplier must use their professional knowledge and competence to contribute to ensuring that the purpose of the contract is met. Scope The framework agreement includes an annual, certified inspection of all lifting equipment listed in the municipalities' facilities and equipment overviews.
