Municipality of Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte invites qualified bidders to apply for prequalification and submit bid for the purchase of office supplies and devices for MDRRMO of this Municipality, viz;
Weighing scale - 1 unit
Two -Burner Electric Stove, (Made in Japan) - 1 unit
Big Umbrellas (Good Quality) - 24 pcs
Beach Towel, Thick - 3 dzn
Pillow (Fiber) - 3 dzn
Blanket with Pillow Case - 3 dzn
Reflectorized rain suits - 3 dzn
Bid documents are available for issuance to prospective bidders at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee of same municipality upon payment of non-refundable fee in the amount of Php 500.00 starting March 10, 2020.
Sealed bids shall be received by the BAC at Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte, not later than March 24, 2020 at 9:00 0-clock in the morning at which time and place said proposals shall be opened and read in the presence of the bidders or authorized representative.
All particulars relative to pre-disqualification, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Bid Evaluation and Award of Contract shall be governed by the existing rules and regulations.
The municipality of Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any defect contained therein, and accept the offer advantageous to the government.
