Office automation Description:Irado currently has an agreement with Axoft IT & Telecom B.V. for the implementation of office automation services. This agreement includes the management and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure, workplace management and service desk support. The current agreement expires on March 31, 2027, which means that Irado must start a new tender procedure in a timely manner to ensure continuity of services. During the execution of the current agreement has shown that tightening is desirable in several areas. There is a need for improved agreements, particularly in the areas of contract management, service desk quality, accessibility, knowledge assurance, onsite support and cyber security. and more substantive collaboration with the contractor.
