Making Western Hungarian TEN-T railway stations suitable for civil and military dual use - certification of licensing plans (Line 1, Line 20, South Transdanubian railway lines) Conformity assessment of the completed licensing plans below in accordance with the following provisions: • Regarding the interoperability of the railway system for the relevant branches of the subject project (railway track, artificial (loading) high-rise building, public utility, street lighting and energy supply, security equipment, barrier-free access) solo 413/2020. (VIII. 30.) on the basis of the effective European Parliament and Council directive, which is the basis of the government decree, to carry out the full assessment/certification procedure of conformity to the provisions of the Commission's decrees (INFRA TSI, ENE TSI, CCS TSI, PRM TSI - NOBO) with regard to (EC - verification certificate and the summary evaluation reports of the certificates), and with regard to the relevant requirements defined in the national technical regulations (DEBO) (verification certificate, and summary evaluation reports of certificates). The conformity assessment procedure: • Directive 2016/797 of the European Parliament and the Council VI. "EC certification procedure for subsystems" according to its annex, • the railway system is mutual 413/2020 on its interoperability. (VIII. 30.)
