1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (SB No. 4, S-2025, AO No. 2025-642) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱5, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Defibrillator with Paddle and Monitor for the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Hospital (NVPH).
