1. The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of catering meals as part of collective feeding of children in care and educational facilities in the City and Commune of Dzierzgo in 2026.2. Delivery of catering meals as above. mainly includes: 1) Preparation of meals from components purchased by the Contractor in the form of: a) breakfast, which should consist of three wholesome sandwiches (wholemeal or wholegrain bread: rye, wheat, mixed or gluten-free, butter, cheese, ham and other additions, e.g. processed cheese, spreads, tomato, lettuce, other vegetables), milk soups, tea, cocoa, milk - min. 200 ml etc.;b) afternoon snack or second breakfast: e.g. home-made cake and cocoa or cereal coffee with milk, fruit, fruit or vegetable salads, sandwiches and tea, corn puddings and flips, biscuits, apple jelly and waffles, yogurts, etc. Can be used alternately, meals always served with a drink;c) soups with bread (1 portion of soup weighing min. 250 g; 1 portion of mixed bread min. 80 g) d) the second course, provided that: - a meat or fish dish should consist of: a portion of meat or fish (excluding pangasius) weighing at least 100 g after processing, with add...
